What does Check handoff check?
Check handoff checks the existing deterministic structural completeness and internal-consistency rules. It does not approve production correctness.
What happens to visual references?
Visual references are not uploaded to Fabriek servers. Accepted JPEG and PNG references are included when you save a job file.
How do I reopen Press Ready later?
Use the Polar order-confirmation email, open the Customer Portal, then open the Press Ready Access benefit to access the Press Ready utility.
Which devices and paper size are supported?
The supported authoring and print path is Desktop Chrome with US Letter. Chrome Android is open/read only; mobile authoring and mobile printing are not supported promises.
What if the page does not load?
Retry or reload the page. If the problem continues, contact support.
How do I request a refund?
To request a refund, contact support. The Owner handles the refund through Polar.
